Job summary

Organon delivers innovative health solutions with a focus on women's health. This Associate Director, FP&A – External Manufacturing, partners with ExM platforms to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support across multiple geographies.

The role reports to the Director FP&A – External Manufacturing and collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Tech Ops and Quality to deliver robust financial insights and drive performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
8–10 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A.
Strong FP&A, forecasting, budgeting and reporting skills.
Business partnering experience with manufacturing or supply chain.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced Excel
Fluency in English

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A forecast, budget and LROP for ExM platforms.
Lead capital forecast for ExM organization.
Analyze variances and identify drivers; propose actions.
Deliver monthly financial reporting to senior leadership.
Support manufacturing network strategy with financial modeling.
Collaborate with ExM Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Tech Ops and Quality for financial insights.
