The Position: As an Associate Director, FP&A – External Manufacturing, you serve as the finance business partner for one or more platforms within the OMS (Organon Manufacturing & Supply) External Manufacturing (ExM) organization, providing financial leadership, planning, reporting, and strategic decision support. You will report to the Director FP&A – External Manufacturing.

The FP&A External Manufacturing team is a small, highly collaborative international team responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and strategic support to Organon's External Manufacturing organization. The team is led by the Director FP&A External Manufacturing. Reporting to the Director are two Associate Directors, as well as a Senior Specialist. Working across multiple geographies, the team partners closely with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and business stakeholders to deliver financial insights, support decision‑making, and drive performance through robust planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. The team's international footprint enables close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization while fostering a diverse and dynamic working environment.
