Job summary

Philips International is seeking a Head of Finance EO&S FP&A and COE to lead execution, standardize FP&A processes, and drive transformation across the enterprise. You will manage a global FP&A team, deliver actionable analysis for decision-making, and ensure robust planning, reporting, and continuous improvement within Operations and EO&S.

The role requires strong leadership in an international environment, expertise in FP&A, and a passion for AI-driven finance solutions.

Qualifications

• Master level qualification in finance or equivalent.
• Proven experience in FP&A, business partnering and controls.
• Experience leading international, matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and standardization of FP&A operations processes.
• Drive the FP&A and broader Finance transformation roadmap.
• Manage a large FP&A team of managers and analysts.
• Deliver actionable analysis and insights for decision-making.
• Lead AI buildout in Finance EO&S and ensure timely reporting.
