Job summary

Protolabs is seeking an FP&A Manager to provide strategic financial support to Go To Market and Operational Teams. You will enable data-driven decisions to drive profitable growth across Europe, leading budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.

You will collaborate with finance, operations, supply chain, and marketing to align financial plans with sales strategies, and drive continuous improvement in financial tools and processes within a dynamic European, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales finance, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
• Ability to lead budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple regions.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting & forecasting: annual budgets and rolling forecasts for EMEA.
• Deliver timely financial reports to sales leaders and management.
• Monitor KPIs, variance analyses and profitability reports.
