Job summary

Renno seeks an experienced growth marketer to build and run paid acquisition across the UK and the Netherlands. You’ll own the funnel from click to lead in HubSpot, choose channels, allocate budgets, and prove every lead’s origin with robust tracking and attribution.

You’ll operate hands‑on across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms, using AI to test creative at volume and drive scalable pipeline. Hybrid London/Amsterdam role with equity discussions at offer.

Qualifications

• Three+ years running paid acquisition hands on.
• Personally managed at least £250,000 of spend.
• Wired up your own tracking (GTM/Conversions API/server‑side).
• Fixed imperfect data and attribution when needed.
• Can design experiments to answer questions and improve results.
• Can write ads; creative is a driver of performance.
• Use AI to produce/test creative at volume and assess impact.
• Comfortable running two countries and being measured on leads.

Responsibilities

• Build and run paid acquisition for UK and NL across Google, Meta, ChatGPT Ads.
• Own tracking, attribution, and landing page measurement end to end.
• Propose budget splits by channel/country with data‑driven rationale.
• Manage builder/homeowner lead generation and conversions.
• Create and test variants; guide creative direction and pacing.
• Report weekly and monthly results with clear callouts.
