Job summary

Renno seeks a hands-on Growth/Acquisition Lead to build and run paid channels in the UK and the Netherlands. You will own the full funnel from click to lead in HubSpot, deciding which platforms to invest in and proving ROI with solid attribution.

You will manage cross-market campaigns, test approaches, and scale channels that prove cost-effective, with equity on offer and a strong upside through OTE milestones.

Qualifications

• Three or more years running paid acquisition hands on, agency side or in house.

Responsibilities

• Build and run paid acquisition for Renno across the UK and the Netherlands.
• Own tracking end-to-end (pixels, Conversions API, server-side, UTM discipline) and ensure leads are traceable to campaigns.
• Allocate budget by channel and country with data-supported defense.
• Drive builder and homeowner acquisition through paid ads and measure success by qualified leads.
