Job summary

Gonini is hiring a hands-on operator who will work directly with the Founder-CEO to move the company faster. You will own ambiguous problems, build models, and implement processes across operations, finance, and hiring, using AI tools to scale impact.

In the first 90 days you’ll learn the business end-to-end, take ownership of 2–3 key problems, and deliver decision-ready work or robust playbooks that the Founder-CEO can act on. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role in a remote-first startup.
