Job summary

Salesforce Netherlands in Amsterdam seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Agentforce Orchestration to design, build, and deploy enterprise‑grade AI agent solutions inside customer environments. You will implement multi‑agent workflows, tool calling logic, and real‑time data grounding.

You’ll collaborate with Deployment Strategists and AI Engineers, write production code, shape API pipelines, and contribute to telemetry dashboards and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise AI solutions deployed to production.
• Strong coding skills in at least one modern language and API design experience.
• Hands-on AI grounding, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration.
• Experience bridging AI agents with legacy ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agent-centric AI workflows inside customer environments.
• Define agent reasoning, tool-calling logic, and collaboration protocols.
• Develop real-time data grounding and telemetry dashboards.
