Job summary

Carriere in Etten-Leur zoekt een Forklift/Reachtruck Operator voor 2-ploegendienst in een internationale productieomgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het veilig verplaatsen van materialen, opslag en beschikbaarheid voor productie.

Je voert kleine technische aanpassingen uit aan de heftrucks en houdt nauwkeurige registraties bij. Veiligheid, orde en teamwork staan centraal, met ruimte voor training en groei binnen de organisatie.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met hef- en reachtrucks is vereist.
• Beschikt over MBO niveau 2 of hoger (voorkeur).
• Bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken.
• Zorgvuldig en veilig werken is essentieel.
• Goede communicatie in Dutch en/of English.

Responsibilities

• Veilig verplaatsen van materialen binnen de productie.
• Laden controleren en afwijkingen melden.
• Individueel onderhoud aan heftrucks uitvoeren waar nodig.
• Registraties van vervoerde materialen bijhouden.
• Samenwerken met collega's voor voortdurende verbetering.

Over de functie

As a Forklift / Reachtruck Operator, you are responsible for safely moving and handling materials within the production facility. You ensure that materials are transported efficiently, stored correctly, and available when needed for production.

You regularly check loads, identify issues, and take action when necessary. Minor technical adjustments to the forklift/reachtruck you handle independently, while larger issues are reported to the technical department. You also maintain accurate records of transported materials and related documentation.

Safety and cleanliness are critical. You keep your work area organized and follow all safety guidelines. Working closely with your colleagues, you contribute to continuous improvements in material handling and warehouse operations.

You will work in a 2-shift system:

• 7:00-15:00
• 15:00-23:00

in an environment where teamwork and efficiency are key.

• Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks
• Minimum completed MBO level 2 education (preferred)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system

• Forklift/reachtruck certifications are a plus
