Job summary

Easy Way in Houten zoekt een ervaren heftruckchauffeur voor een fulltime rol met 40 uur per week. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlotte verloop van goederen in een moderne logistieke terminal en zorg je ervoor dat zendingen tijdig worden verwerkt.

Je werkt in een 3-ploegensysteem en ontvangt een uurloon vanaf €15,61 met toeslagen voor avond- en weekendwerk. Ervaring in de logistiek is niet verplicht, maar gewenst.

Qualifications

Over de functie

Are you looking for a new full-time opportunity as a forklift driver in Houten? Then take a look at this vacancy! We currently have a new chance for a forklift driver who is available for work in 3-shifts. You are responsible for the smooth flow of goods within a modern logistics terminal in Houten, close to Utrecht. In this role, you ensure that shipments are processed on time and maintain control over the workflow during your shift.

• Loading and unloading trucks so shipments are processed on time;
• Moving goods within the warehouse using a forklift and other equipment;
• Scanning and checking shipments for accuracy and quality;
• Organizing and securing goods for safe transport.

Shift schedule: the morning shift runs from 07:00 to 15:30, the afternoon shift from 16:00 to 00:30, and the night shift from 23:00 to 07:30.

Wat bieden we jou

• An hourly wage starting from €15.61;
• 30% shift allowance for work between 18:00 - 06:00 on weekdays, your hourly pay at those times is €20.29;
• 50% allowance for working on Saturday, then your hourly pay is €23.42;
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a direct contract at DHL Freight;
• A full-time role of 40 hours per week;
• Quick feedback on your application within 24 hours.

Functie-eisen

• You have a valid forklift license or are wanting to get one;
• Experience in logistics is preferred but not mandatory;
• Physically fit for lifting and warehouse tasks;
• Resides near Houten, Nieuwegein, or Utrecht;
• Willing to work in a rotating 3-shift system.
