Job description

Turn data into insights. Drive commercial success. Shape the future of E-commerce.

Are you passionate about data, driven by commercial results, and eager to make an impact in a fast-growing international E-commerce business? Do you enjoy analyzing numbers, spotting opportunities, and turning insights into smart business decisions? Then this could be the perfect next step in your career!

At Smartwares Group, we are looking for an energetic and analytical Forecasting & Pricing Specialist E-Commerce to strengthen our ambitious E-commerce team.

Your role

In this role, you will play a key part in driving the performance of our international E-commerce business across B2B and B2C channels. You will take ownership of forecasting, product availability, and pricing performance across our online marketplaces, helping us maximize sales and profitability while maintaining healthy stock levels.

Reporting to the Director E-Commerce, you will work closely with colleagues across the E-commerce team, Business Control, and Supply Chain. You will also build strong relationships with our marketplace partners, acting as a trusted business partner who turns data into actionable insights and commercial opportunities.

You'll also explore and leverage AI-driven solutions to improve demand forecasting, optimize pricing strategies, and automate reporting. By combining data, technology, and commercial insights, you'll help us make smarter decisions, improve efficiency, and unlock new opportunities across our international E-commerce business.

No two days are the same. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift, new challenges keep you on your toes, and AI creates exciting opportunities to work smarter. You're curious, proactive, and not afraid to challenge the status quo. You combine analytical thinking with commercial instinct and enjoy finding creative solutions that make a real difference.

What will you do?
  • Drive performance: Plan, monitor, and optimize demand, product availability, and profitability across our active online marketplaces.
  • Turn data into action: Analyze performance figures and translate them into clear, commercially relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Keep an eye on the KPIs: Monitor key performance indicators, proactively report on results, and follow up on opportunities for improvement.
  • Connect the dots: Work closely with E-commerce, Business Control, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
  • Take ownership: Be the go-to person for your areas of responsibility, both internally and in collaboration with external marketplace partners.
  • Innovate with AI: Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to improve demand forecasting, optimize pricing strategies, and automate reporting. Turn new technologies into practical solutions that increase efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive commercial performance.
  • Keep improving: Continuously challenge existing processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and explore smarter, more efficient ways of working.
What do you bring?
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an analytical role with a commercial focus. Recent graduates with the right mindset are welcome!
  • A strong affinity for numbers, data analysis, and commercial decision-making.
  • An interest in AI, automation, and data-driven tools, with the curiosity to explore how new technologies can improve business performance.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and a genuine can-do mentality.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with different stakeholders and bring others on board.
  • An eye for detail, a curious mindset, and the ability to turn complex challenges into practical solutions.
  • The flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment.

Above all, you're eager to learn, take responsibility, and make a tangible contribution to our growing E-commerce business.
