What will you be doing?

• Support daily F&B operations with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership
• Gain a full understanding of inventory management and F&B cost control
• Learn how to schedule and manage a team of over 25 people
• Get trained on and operate reservation and booking systems
• Read, organize, and manage banqueting event orders (BEO).
• Support and implement F&B staff trainings
• Develop sharp operational and soft skills: welcoming, hands‑on, solution‑oriented
• Work side‑by‑side with the F&B Manager and supervisors on strategic decisions
• Are you the perfect match?
