- Ondersteunen en implementeren van F&B personeels trainingen.
- Samenwerken met de F&B Manager aan strategische beslissingen.

What will you be doing?
- Support daily F&B operations with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership
- Gain a full understanding of inventory management and F&B cost control
- Learn how to schedule and manage a team of over 25 people
- Get trained on and operate reservation and booking systems
- Read, organize, and manage banqueting event orders (BEO).
- Support and implement F&B staff trainings
- Develop sharp operational and soft skills: welcoming, hands-on, solution-oriented
- Work side-by-side with the F&B Manager and supervisors on strategic decisions
- Are you the perfect match?
- You are looking for a full-time internship, for 4 to 6 months, ideally starting in September
- You are available to work 24-38 hours per week, typically from 12:00 to 20:00
- You have a genuine interest in hospitality and leadership
- You are eager to learn about the operational and strategic side of F&B
- You communicate confidently in English
- You are hands-on, sharp, welcoming, solution-oriented and love working in a team
