Job summary

Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport is offering a Food and Beverage Management Internship starting September 2026 for a minimum of 5 months. You will gain hands-on management experience, contribute to daily operations, and work closely with the F&B leadership team to enhance guest experiences.

The role includes leading operations across outlets, upselling, and guest engagement, with a monthly allowance of €750 and full coverage of job-related expenses. Applicants from all backgrounds are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Passion for food, drinks, and guest service.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food and Beverage Manager in daily operations across all outlets.
• Lead by example on the floor, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event operations.
• Drive commercial performance by supporting upselling, promotions, and events.
• Monitor service quality and ensure brand standards are consistently maintained.
• Support team communication, shift organisation, and operational planning.
• Assist with training and coaching team members.
• Engage with guests, ensuring personalised and memorable experiences.
• Take ownership of assigned projects to improve performance and guest satisfaction.

We provide a monthly allowance of €750, exceeding Horeca CAO (BOL) guidelines, with full coverage of job-related expenses. Essential Requirements

Preferred Requirements
