Job summary

Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Intern to gain hands-on experience across restaurant, bar and banqueting operations in an international hotel setting.

Starting in September 2026 for 5–6 months, you will learn exceptional service fundamentals and guest satisfaction while supporting breakfast, service and event setups in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude.
• Eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food & Beverage team during breakfast, lunch, dinner and event services.
• Deliver a welcoming and professional service to guests.
• Assist with the preparation and set-up of restaurant and event spaces.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure guests receive an excellent experience.
• Learn and apply Food & Beverage procedures, standards and systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all outlets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
