Job summary

Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport offers a Food and Beverage Management Intern role starting September 2026 for at least five months, aligned with your study requirements, delivering a full-time learning experience.

You will support the Food and Beverage Manager across all outlets, lead by example on the floor, coordinate restaurant, bar, breakfast and events, and contribute to guest satisfaction, service delivery and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in hospitality, hotel management, or related study program.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Passion for food, drinks, and guest service.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food and Beverage Manager in daily operations across all outlets.
• Lead by example on the floor, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event operations.
• Drive commercial performance by supporting upselling, promotions, and events.
• Monitor service quality and ensure brand standards are consistently maintained.
• Support team communication, shift organisation, and operational planning.
• Assist with training and coaching team members.
• Engage with guests, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences.
• Take ownership of assigned projects to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
