Job summary

Cucina Casalinga in Amsterdam Zuid is seeking an experienced FOH & Restaurant Manager for a 24-hour position to run daily operations and shape the restaurant's next chapter.

You will lead the team across guests, floor, kitchen and management, orchestrate events, manage reservations, CRM and new business development, while maintaining top hospitality standards.

Dutch or Italian knowledge and English proficiency are valued; a proactive, entrepreneurial host with an all-round mentality is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Proactive, organized and solution-oriented.
• Willing to develop new business and lead events.
• Good English; Dutch is a strong advantage; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations and uphold service standards.
• Create warm, personal, professional guest experiences.
• Manage telephone and online reservations accurately and professionally.
• Coordinate group dinners, private dining and catering with kitchen/management.
• Work with CRM for guest relations, follow-ups and new business development.
