As a Foam Assembly Operator, your main responsibility will be assembling foam components and technical cases based on technical drawings and schemes, ensuring high levels of precision and quality. You will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00.
Responsibilities
- Assemble foam components and Foam & Pallet Cases
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schemes
- Measure, cut, and shape foam materials
- Use manual and electric tools (e.g. glue gun and heat gun)
- Perform detailed and precise assembly work
- Carry out quality control of finished products
- Keep the workplace clean and organized
- Collaborate with the production team
Qualifications
- English level B1/B2
- Experience in a production environment (preferably foam assembly)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail
- High level of manual dexterity
- Availability to work full-time and in shifts
- Driving license is an advantage
- European Union citizenship (mandatory)
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross salary: €15.13 per hour + 18% shift allowance
- Weekly net income: approximately €480 – €500, according to Dutch labor legislation
- Full‑time contract with long‑term opportunities
- Possibility to work overtime for additional income
- Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one
- 25 vacation days per year (20 vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary)
- 8% holiday allowance paid weekly
