Job summary

Maintec in Eindhoven is hiring a Foam Assembly Operator to measure, cut, shape and assemble foam components for specialized industrial packaging. You will follow technical drawings with precision and use hand and power tools including glue guns and hot air guns.

Two shifts are available: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00. A minimum of 3 years in production, good manual skills, and English at B1/B2 level are required. EU citizenship and a valid B driving licence are also needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of production or assembly experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• English language skills at B1/B2 level.
• Good manual skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to measure and work accurately.
• Willingness to work in two shifts.
• A valid driving licence cat. B.
• EU citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Measuring, cutting and shaping foam materials accurately.
• Assembling foam components for industrial packaging.
• Reading and working from technical drawings and instructions.
• Using hand and power tools, including glue guns and hot air guns.
• Checking measurements and the quality of finished products.
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organized.
• Working closely with your production team.
• You will work in two shifts, Monday to Friday: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00.
