Job summary

H&M Group in Utrecht is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a fashion-focused team and elevate the in-store experience. You will supervise daily store operations, coach Sales Advisors, and ensure outstanding styling guidance, brand standards, and KPI achievement.

The role requires English proficiency with Dutch as a bonus, flexibility for varied hours, and opportunities for development within a dynamic retail network. Permanent, full-time position (38 hrs/week).

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of store operations and brand standards.
• Customer-focused approach with strong service mindset.
• Passion for products and ability to share enthusiasm with customers.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop professionally.
• Clear, confident, empathetic communication with customers and team.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English; Dutch skills considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with expert styling advice and product knowledge.
• Analyze sales data and collaborate to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to uphold service standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training for new staff.
• Identify talent and contribute to development plans for progression.
• Oversee daily store operations aligning with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Step in as Store Manager when required to ensure continuity.
