Job summary

MR MARVIS in Haarlem is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team fulltime, including a weekend day. You will confidently represent and bring our brand story to life for both your team and customers, while driving the shop’s commercial targets.

Working with the Assistant Store Manager, you organise events, coach and motivate staff, manage stock, and handle day-to-day administration. Requirements include at least 1 year in retail, and fluent English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience (preferably in retail).
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Strong personality, flexible and representative.
• Ability to co-lead, motivate, train, monitor and develop a team.
• Customer- and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Inspire your team and customers with MR MARVIS values and carry the brand story as an ambassador.
• Maintain the store's look and feel inside and out.
• Organise events taking place in the shop.
• Manage, coach and motivate the shop team.
• Achieve the shop’s commercial targets.
• Analyse and improve KPIs.
• Hire new style advisors and conduct interviews.
• Take ownership of stock management and day-to-day admin tasks.
