Job summary

UNITAS is seeking a Float Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting, with a primary focus on the 340B Drug Pricing Program. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with providers to optimize patient outcomes and expand services for underserved populations.

The role requires a PharmD or a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, an active pharmacist license, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active Pharmacist License in good standing with the state Board of Pharmacy and valid BLS certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and pharmacy management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations including dispensing, administering, and distributing medications and devices.
• Oversee 340B program inventory and procurement to maximize patient cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain SOPs.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, interactions, and dosing.
• Supervise and train pharmacy staff and coordinate with scheduling for coverage.
• Collaborate with providers on MTM, chart reviews, and clinical services.
