Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is seeking a flexible Waiter/Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team on a 0-hour contract. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages while upholding brand standards in a vibrant hotel setting.

In this on-site role you’ll support events, collaborate with the kitchen, and ensure memorable guest experiences. Prior hospitality exposure and a guest-centric attitude are valued, with opportunities for development within the Park Plaza network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly and professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks in line with brand and service standards.
• Clear, clean and reset tables promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of restaurant and bar areas.
• Handle guest requests and resolve queries professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and F&B team for smooth daily operations.
• Support conferences, events and other F&B activities when required.
