Job summary

Syntegon Packaging Solutions B.V. in Weert is seeking a Service Sales & Installed Base Manager to drive profitable growth by maximizing revenue from our installed base.

You will work with the after-sales team to develop high-value service offerings across service agreements, spare parts, maintenance, upgrades, and modernizations. You will own installed base revenue growth, analyze machines and service history, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and nurture long-term relationships with key

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in service sales, aftermarket management, or technical sales in industrial equipment or packaging machinery.
• Strong knowledge of machines, service requirements, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze customer data, identify opportunities, and drive sales growth.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly after-sales and service organizations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) and willingness to travel for customer visits and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Revenue Generation: Identify high-potential customers, prioritize resources, and execute strategies to increase aftermarket sales.
• Installed Base Optimization: Maintain and analyze data on machines, service history, and customer profiles to target high-value accounts effectively.
• Collaboration & Alignment: Support the after-sales team with insights, tools, and clear priorities to align activities with revenue goals.
• Customer Relationship & Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, coordinating with sales, technical support, and field service to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor service sales, installed base health, and customer satisfaction, using insights to refine strategies and maximize revenue.
