Responsibilities

• Wash and maintain china, glassware, silverware, and kitchen utensils to high standards.
• Perform dishwashing and deep-cleaning of kitchen machinery and areas.
• Ensure hygiene, HACCP, Health & Safety standards are met.
• Support kitchen and F&B teams with clean, safe working environments.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns following procedures.
• Communicate effectively to contribute to a positive team.
