TrainMore is seeking a Sales Agent in Amsterdam to be the voice of the movement, engaging with members, free trials, and inquiries to convert conversations into memberships. You will handle calls, chats, and tickets, logging details in the CRM while pursuing monthly targets with a data-driven mindset.

The role requires strong English, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Formación

• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Excellent phone and WhatsApp communication skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch proficiency a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Call free-trial leads and warm leads to convert to new members.
• Follow up with leads and members on WhatsApp.
• Handle customer tickets: answer questions and resolve issues.
• Log every call and chat in the CRM with clear notes for the next shift.
• Work toward monthly sales targets and track personal performance.
• Translate member feedback into actionable insights.
