Job summary

David Lloyd Health & Fitness B.V in Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive member sign-ups and engagement. You’ll spend 70% of your time on outbound calls and in-club promotions, and 30% welcoming new members and guiding them to premium experiences.

This full-time role includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays, uncapped commission, and a structured career path. You’ll join a vibrant, health-focused team at Europe’s leading premium wellness group.

Qualifications

• Target driven with strong admin and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness and a proactive attitude.
• Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• 70% of duties involve selecting up prospects via calls and promoting memberships.
• 30% involve in-club tours and onboarding new members to ensure premium service.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment. The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service.
