Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist Fire Detection to drive growth across the BENELUX region. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting installers, distributors, consultants and end users with expert guidance, specification activities and compliant fire detection solutions.

In this role you will translate customer requirements into practical, value-driven technical solutions, collaborating with the commercial team to identify new opportunities and to advance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience within the Fire & Life Safety industry.
• Strong knowledge of fire detection systems and EN standards.
• Proven technical design and application engineering capabilities.
• Experience supporting customers in technical or presales environments.
• Experience maintaining CRM data and sales documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for Johnson Controls Fire Detection solutions across the BENELUX region.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend compliant, cost-effective fire detection solutions.
• Support consultants, installers and end users during specification and design phases.
• Provide technical guidance on applicable EN standards and local regulations.
• Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate products and system architectures.
• Partner with the commercial team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare technical quotations and solution proposals.
• Demonstrate the value and technical advantages of Johnson Controls products.
