Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the BeNe region seeks a senior Procurement Manager to lead the Netherlands and Belgium procurement team. You will shape category strategy, manage stakeholders at local, regional and global levels, and drive cost savings through strategic sourcing and supplier development.

Qualifications

At least 7 years of relevant work experience in procurement/purchasing.
Experience in a strategic role with extensive stakeholder management.
Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Drive cost savings, supplier performance, and professionalisation of Procurement in the BeNe-cluster.
Initiate and manage tenders, negotiations, and procurement projects.
Develop and implement category and supplier strategies.
Monitor compliance with procurement policies, contracts and terms.
Identify risks within the supplier base and act where necessary.
Guide the team through change and connect employees to the department’s direction.
