Job summary

SageBeans RPO in Eindhoven seeks a Financial Analyst to strengthen the Accounting Team. The role covers accounting processes, financial administration, reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics, 3-5 years in accounting, and excellent Dutch with strong Excel skills. The contract is 11–12 months with possible extensions and no self-employment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with accounting transactions and financial processes.
• Experience working with complex systems and large volumes of data.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Good understanding of accounting entries and administrative processes.
• Affinity with information technology.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent Dutch language skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial administration and reporting.
• Participate in Month-End Close activities.
• Manage and analyse the General Ledger (GL).
• Perform reconciliations with source systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform transaction clearing and prepare ageing analyses.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
• Execute internal financial controls.
• Support compliance with tax regulations including VAT and Intrastat.
• Contribute to accounting and finance-related projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and information flows.
