Job summary

DFE Pharma GmbH & Co. KG in Veghel (NL) seeks an Accounting & Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team. The role focuses on journal entries, reconciliations, and group reporting under IFRS, with involvement in local GAAP across multiple countries.

You will work in a global setting, reporting to the Accounting & Reporting Manager, and participate in process improvements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, 1–2 years of experience, strong analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Accounting or Auditing.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English language skills; Dutch and/or German are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn and develop.
• Hands-on mentality with problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, COUPA) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations with internal partners.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual group reporting per IFRS.
• Support local statutory reporting under Local GAAP for several countries.
• Contribute to process improvements and accounting/project implementations.
