The company's innovative solutions provide comprehensive data to physicians in various clinical and non-clinical settings to optimize patient care and reduce healthcare costs.

To join the team and support further growth, they are looking for a (GL) Accountant. You will report to the CFO. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in a similar position and is willing to commit to the organization for the long term.

Duties & Responsibilities.

• Monthly closing procedures (AP/AR accounts receivable, bank accounts and intercompany balances).
• Support the Finance Controller in finalizing monthly financial reports and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable to ensure timely payments to suppliers and maintain good supplier relations.
• Actively manage the accounts receivable process by tracking outstanding customer payments.
• Participate in internal finance meetings and contribute to the improvement of workflows.
• Serves as finance business partner for process improvements and supports various internal projects.

Job requirements

• Extensive experience in financial, administrative and accounting work.
• Thorough knowledge of financial policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
• Skilled in the use of financial systems and has an excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Highly accurate and detail-oriented in data processing, accounting and reconciliation tasks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Positive work attitude, with a hands-on mentality and a high degree of flexibility.

Employment conditions

45/50 K + stock options, hybrid is an option although not fully remote.
