Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Finance Transformation Specialist to shape how Finance enables growth. You will lead cross-functional transformation projects across Financial Control, FinOps, Payroll, Tax, Treasury, and more.

You will translate business needs into actionable initiatives, identify automation and AI use cases, and partner with Tech & Data to implement scalable, data-driven improvements that reduce repetitive work and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance transformation, Finance consulting or process improvement.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting & Control, Economics or related discipline.
Strong understanding of Finance processes and data (including data analysis).
Experience leading projects and managing senior stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in automation and AI in the Finance domain.
Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional Finance transformation projects from opportunity identification through implementation, adoption and measurable business impact.
Drive continuous improvement across the full Finance department (Financial Control, FinOps, Payroll, Internal Control & Risk, Tax, Treasury).
Analyze Finance processes and data to uncover root causes and scalable solutions.
Translate business needs into clear process designs, functional requirements and actionable initiatives.
Identify and develop automation and AI use cases with Tech & Data collaboration.
