Job summary

Basic-Fit is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to drive change across our finance processes and systems, collaborating with Finance and cross-functional teams to design improved ways of working. You will help standardize and automate processes in S/4HANA Public Cloud, SoftCo, and Lucanet to scale with our growth.

Ideal candidates combine finance process knowledge with ERP familiarity, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Dutch; agile experience and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or ICT field.
• At least 2 years in a business analyst, process consultant, or transformation analyst role.
• Basic knowledge of Finance processes and ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex processes into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and other Finance processes.
• Analyze current-state Finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and automation.
• Translate business requirements into clear process designs and change roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Reporting & Tax, Financial Control, Purchase-to-Pay, Credit Management and other business stakeholders on transformation projects.
• Support the integration of acquired companies into Basic-Fit's Finance processes and systems.
• Maintain direct contact with internal and external stakeholders and communicate on project progress.
• Proactively challenge existing ways of working and act as a driver for continuous improvement.
• Act as a sparring partner for colleagues within the Finance Transformation team.
