Job summary

Danone in Haps, Netherlands, is seeking a Technical Department Manager for our state-of-the-art factory. You will lead the maintenance of manufacturing lines, manage planning, execution, and budget, and drive technical capability development of the Equipment Owners and the Technical Team.

You will report to the Factory Operations Manager and work within the operations team to deliver SQCDME breakthroughs. The role requires coaching, accountability, and a hands-on leadership approach to build

Qualifications

• Bachelor or academic degree in manufacturing, engineering, or similar.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably Food/FMCG.
• Proven track record as team manager and project lead in CI or operational excellence.
• Experience in maintenance planning and budgeting.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance of manufacturing lines (planning, execution, budget).
• Develop technical capability of Equipment Owners and the Technical Team.
• Deliver SQCDME breakthroughs with the Line Centric Organisation.
• Grow capabilities of self and team; coach and accountability.
• Lead the operations technical department and report to the Factory Operations Manager.
