Job summary

Loop seeks a Senior Finance Systems Specialist to own and stabilize our finance platforms, with SAP S4 HANA at the core and Snowflake, Pigment, and other tools in the landscape. You will drive reliability, automation, and scalable operations across finance processes and interfaces.

You’ll lead implementations, govern master data and access, and partner with Finance, Tech, Data, and external vendors to strengthen data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance systems or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/Finance systems including SAP S4 HANA, master data, controls and integrations.
• Understanding end-to-end financial process flows and how finance data platforms support scalable reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional systems projects from requirements through testing, rollout and stabilization.
• Ability to translate finance requirements into system needs and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Ability to diagnose complex system, data, and integration issues and drive resolution.
• Regular and intentional use of AI to improve quality while ensuring accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and day-to-day operation of SAP S4 HANA and connected finance systems across processes.
• Lead implementations of new SAP modules and integrations from requirements to rollout.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, coordinate with Tech teams and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI.
• Own system access, roles, master data structures, controls, governance.
• Partner with Finance, Tech/Data, business users and external vendors on reporting integrity.
• Make governance decisions across the finance systems landscape.
• Build solutions to improve reconciliation, adoption, and scalability.
