Job summary

Loop Earplugs seeks a finance systems expert to own the integrity, stability, and scalability of its finance systems, with SAP S4 HANA at the core. You’ll work with Snowflake, Pigment, and other finance tools to automate and improve processes across the organization.

You’ll lead implementations, ensure governance, and partner across Finance, Tech, Data, and external vendors to drive scalable financial operations globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance systems or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/Finance systems, including SAP S4 HANA, master data, controls, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability and day-to-day operation of SAP S4 HANA and connected Finance systems across critical processes.
• Lead implementations of new SAP modules, Finance systems, integrations, and enhancements from requirements through configuration, testing, training, rollout, and stabilization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, resolving system, data, and connectivity issues with internal Tech teams and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate Finance workflows, using AI and other technologies where they can improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and scalability.
• Own system access, roles, permissions, master data structures, controls, and governance to support secure, audit-ready financial processes.
• Partner with Finance, Tech, Data, business users, and external stakeholders to align on reporting integrity, integration design, and system scalability.
