Job summary

Basic-Fit is expanding its Finance Transformation team and seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst. You will lead improvement initiatives across core finance processes and collaborate with multiple stakeholder teams using S/4HANA Public Cloud, SoftCo and Lucanet to design scalable, standardized solutions.

You’ll identify inefficiencies, translate requirements into change roadmaps, and support integration of acquired companies.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Finance processes and ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or ICT-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst, process consultant, or transformation analyst.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum work methods.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex processes into practical solutions.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Ability to maintain good relationships with the business and act as an accessible point of contact for others.
• A proactive, analytical mindset and the confidence to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and other Finance processes.
• Analyze current-state Finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and automation.
• Translate business requirements into clear process designs and change roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Reporting & Tax, Financial Control, Purchase-to-Pay, Credit Management and other business stakeholders on transformation projects.
• Support the integration of acquired companies into Basic-Fit’s Finance processes and systems.
• Maintain direct contact with internal and external stakeholders and communicate on project progress.
• Proactively challenge existing ways of working and act as a driver for continuous improvement.
• Act as a sparring partner for colleagues within the Finance Transformation team.
