Job summary

Rabobank Global Traineeship invites graduates to learn how a large international cooperative bank operates while contributing to meaningful projects. You will rotate through four assignments, building experience across Rabobank domains and developing a broad internal network.

Some rotations may take place abroad (London, New York, São Paulo or Frankfurt), offering an international perspective. The programme includes coaching, a buddy, mentoring, and a development budget, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• A completed Master's degree, or you are close to completing one.
• Max 2 years of work experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• You live in the Netherlands.
• Curiosity, self-reflection and motivation to learn from different environments.

Responsibilities

• Complete four rotations across different Rabobank domains, gaining experience in various teams, projects and business challenges.
• Explore opportunities to complete a rotation abroad at a Rabobank office (e.g., London, New York, São Paulo or Frankfurt).
• Contribute to projects that support customers, innovation, sustainability and strategic change.
• Build relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and fellow trainees while developing a broad internal network.
• Explore topics such as green financing, energy transition, AI, HR and customer-focused transformation programmes.
