Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• 0-3 years of experience in a related environment.
• Knowledge of Dutch GAAP.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• Strong client-oriented mindset and ability to build client and colleague relationships.
• Able to organise, prioritise and manage your work effectively.
• Like challenges and show leadership spirit.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in implementing, incorporating and optimizing holding, financing, and real estate companies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and respond to client requests.
• Bookkeeping for a number of companies.
• Prepare financial reporting, including cash flow management.
• Coordinate payments and monitoring of transactions.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors.
• Maintain contact with tax advisors and authorities.
• Contribute to restructurings such as spin-offs, mergers and acquisitions.
