Job summary

MatchWornShirt ищет руководителя финансов иHead of Finance для управления ежедневными операциями и развиия глобальной финансовой функции. Вы возьмёте на себя руководство командой, обеспечение соответствия IFRS/Dutch GAAP и поддержку расширения в США.

Вам предстоит внедрять процессы, формировать внутреннюю и внешнюю отчётность и координировать аудит, работая с мульти-юрисдикциями. Роль требует сильного лидерства и проактивности.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта на руководящей финансовой должности.
• Опыт руководства международной командой.
• Знание Dutch GAAP или IFRS.

Responsibilities

MatchWornShirt connects global fanbases with game-used and signed shirts from major athletes and brands. The company enables access to sporting history while raising funds for causes supported by its partners, operating live from the start of each game.

Задачи

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the business;
• Lead and develop a small finance team, including a trainee;
• Support the Head of Finance with finance operations and needs across global group entities, including payroll and tax;
• Drive innovation and efficiency within the finance team by documenting process flows and redesigning processes where needed;
• Manage the US expansion from a finance perspective and work closely with local financial partners as the US presence develops;
• Shape internal and external reporting tools that help the business make decisions;
• Lead the implementation and integration of cost centers and purchase orders in Odoo;
• Own the finance side of the annual audit process in line with deadlines.

• Social skills to manage a highly motivated team across different cultural backgrounds, experience levels, and personalities;
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal;
• Proven ability to make sound decisions, solve problems proactively, and identify what matters most;
• Drive and ambition to grow toward a Head of Finance position;
• Comfort navigating a fast-growing, multi-entity, international business;
• Proven experience with Dutch GAAP or IFRS;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
• A degree in Finance or another relevant field;
• EU/NL passport or valid working rights for the Netherlands;
• Nice to have: US GAAP, experience with Odoo.
