Job summary

Задачи

• Own the financial performance of the Dutch organization
• Review and challenge the work of the international Shared Service Center
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
• Analyze financial results and translate insights into concrete management actions
• Identify opportunities and risks based on financial and operational KPIs
• Contribute actively to process optimization and finance transformation projects
• Ensure compliance, internal controls, and corporate accounting guidelines
• Act as the primary contact for external accountants, tax advisors, banks, and Internal Audit
• Manage and coach one Finance Officer
• Report directly to the Finance Director
• Focus on financial control, business partnering, performance management, and advising the board and management team

Требования

• Completed university degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Economics, or a comparable field
• Approximately 6-10 years of relevant work experience
• Background in the audit practice of a Big Four firm or comparable accounting organization
• 1-4 Years of experience in an international commercial organization
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Dutch GAAP, and financial reporting
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Strong business partnering skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and hands‑on attitude
