Unmuted is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for our independent B2B marketing agency. You will manage bookkeeping in Exact, handle invoicing, and control accounts receivable and payable while ensuring a timely month-end close.

You will prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets, analyze client margins and project profitability, and support investments and growth decisions. The role combines remote work with our Amsterdam office and offers a path to shape the finance

Formación

• 5–8 years in finance, e.g., Financial Controller/Finance Manager.
• Experience with Exact and financial forecasting.
• Analytical, structured, proactive with independent responsibility.
• Lives in the Netherlands and fluent Dutch and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage bookkeeping in Exact, handle invoicing and control accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure timely month-end close and prepare financial reports.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets; identify opportunities/risks.
• Clarify financial performance of clients, projects and teams and advise investments and growth.
• Improve and automate financial processes and distribute responsibilities across team.
