Unmuted is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for our independent B2B marketing agency. You will manage bookkeeping in Exact, handle invoicing, and control accounts receivable and payable while ensuring a timely month-end close.

You will prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets, analyze client margins and project profitability, and support investments and growth decisions. The role combines remote work with our Amsterdam office and offers a path to shape the finance

Competenze

As Finance Manager at Unmuted, you are responsible for the financial operations of our agency, from bookkeeping, invoicing and month-end closing to cash flow forecasts, client margins and financial planning. Unmuted is an independent and profitable B2B marketing agency with ambitious growth plans. You work closely with the founder and help substantiate decisions about investments, team growth and profitability.

You manage the bookkeeping in Exact, handle invoicing and keep control of accounts receivable, accounts payable and payments. You ensure a timely and reliable month-end close and prepare financial reports that provide insight into Unmuted’s performance. You prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets, keep them up to date and identify financial opportunities and risks. You make the financial performance of our clients, projects and teams clear, and identify where we can improve margins. You help substantiate financial decisions, for example regarding investments, team expansion and growth. You improve and automate financial processes and ensure responsibilities for invoicing and administration are distributed more effectively across the team.

Требования:

You have around 5 to 8 years of experience in finance, for example as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner. You have a solid foundation in financial administration, reporting and forecasting and are used to taking responsibility independently. You know your way around accounting software such as Exact and have no problem getting into the administration yourself. At the same time, you understand how financial insights contribute to better business decisions. You are analytical, structured, communicatively strong and take the initiative to improve things. You live in the Netherlands and speak fluent Dutch and English. Будет плюсом: Experience at an agency, consultancy or other service organisation is a plus

Условия:

Salary of €5,000 to €6,500 gross per month, depending on your experience, based on 40 hours, excluding 8% holiday pay. A full-time position of 40 hours per week.
