Job summary

OneCircle is seeking a driven Finance Manager in Den Helder (Netherlands) to lead daily financial operations and protect the company’s financial health. You will work closely with the CEO and management, balancing hands-on oversight with a strategic, long-term view and room to grow into a senior leadership role.

You will oversee finance, administration, and finance policy execution while collaborating with production, supply chain, and sales to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Completed financial or business economics degree at HBO level or higher.
• Several years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or controlling within a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; German is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily finance and administration operations.
• Identify, monitor, and safeguard financial risks.
• Oversee and ensure timely preparation of financial administration.
• Implement and monitor financial policies.
• Prepare clear periodic reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee year-end reports and tax/Intrastat declarations.
• Manage cash flow and P&L; analyze deviations and drive actions.
• Support monthly forecasting and cost control for profitability.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and sales for aligned insights.
• Develop business cases and opportunities with R&D and management.
