Job summary

GreenFlux in Amsterdam is seeking a Head of Finance responsible for leading the finance function, including financial control, reporting, budgeting, and team leadership. You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team and oversee the development of a high-performing finance team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of finance experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a thorough understanding of Dutch financial regulations. This position offers an opportunity to impact the company's growth in the e-mobility sector.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or business control.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a finance team.
• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of Dutch financial reporting, VAT, and tax compliance.
• Experience in an international or fast-growing organization.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full finance function at GreenFlux.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to the leadership team.
• Drive monthly business reviews and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and governance standards.
• Manage annual financial statement processes and audits.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team.
