XPENG in Amsterdam is offering a full-time finance internship for dedicated Bachelor's or Master's students. You will help ensure accurate billing, support Order To Cash operations, and assist in month-end close and tax filings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check issued sales orders to ensure billing is correct.
• Daily operation in Order To Cash process, ensure payments align with contractual terms and bank interfacing.
• Maintain accuracy of A/R ledgers and bank reconciliations.
• Implement credit control policy and follow up on collection of A/R.
• Monitor inventory and assets.
• Assist with month end closing processes and daily tax filing.
• Be contact point for finance-related matters linking with business units and shared service center.
• Resolve questions/issues and escalate when appropriate in a timely manner.

• 2. Daily operation in Order To Cash process, ensuring payments are received in line with contractual terms also bank loan interfacing in time.
• 3. Maintain accuracy of A/R ledgers and bank accounts reconciliation.
