Job summary

Geely BeNeLux is seeking a Finance Analytics Specialist to support automotive finance, leasing and insurance programs across BeNeLux. You will monitor performance, prepare reports and collaborate with dealer partners and banks to optimize commercial outcomes.

The role requires a finance or business degree, 2–4 years of experience in automotive finance, and strong Excel/Power BI skills. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential, with Chinese language skills a plus. Based in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Automotive Management or a related field.
• Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in automotive finance, leasing, insurance, banking, dealer-network operations or a related commercial environment.
• Fluent in English & Dutch; Chinese language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance against agreed targets, including financed volume, insurance penetration, margin, conversion rates and stock ageing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, financing, insurance, stock, customer reputation and digital-channel KPIs.
• Analyse performance results, identify gaps and follow up with dealer partners on agreed improvement actions.
• Support the Senior Manager in managing relationships with banks, leasing companies, insurance providers and other strategic partners.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for dealer partners regarding finance and insurance products, processes, campaigns and operational questions.
• Support compliance with GEELY’s commercial programmes, documentation requirements, internal controls and financial provisions.
• Help ensure that dealer partners consistently follow GEELY’s brand identity, customer-experience and operational standards.
• Assist in developing and launching new finance, leasing, insurance and value-added products that improve the customer proposition and support commercial growth.
• Coordinate finance and insurance campaigns, including preparation of programme information, dealer communication and performance follow-up.
• Organise and deliver on-site or online training for dealership sales teams, ensuring they understand the available products, processes and customer benefits.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and best practices within automotive finance and insurance.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Network Development, Finance, Marketing and Customer Experience teams to support successful programme execution.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Automotive Management or a related field.
• Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience in automotive finance, leasing, insurance, banking, dealer-network operations or a related commercial environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive retail financing, leasing and insurance products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial data and translate it into practical actions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercially minded, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced and developing environment.
• Fluent in English & Dutch; Chinese language skills would be an advantage.
