Zusammenfassung

NN Group in The Netherlands seeks a senior controller to strengthen financial steering of transformation initiatives across NN beyond Future Ready. You will be a senior sparring partner, reviewing business cases, tracking costs/benefits and turning complex updates into clear stories for senior management.

Qualifikationen

Financial/economics/business degree required.
Strong English communication; Dutch preferred.
Senior experience in controlling and transformation finance.
Ability to translate complex financial information into executive updates.
Experience with business case reviews and investment monitoring.

Aufgaben

Review and challenge transformation business cases for Value delivery.
Assess investment, cost, benefit and payback assumptions with risks.
Track actual costs and benefits against plan and forecast.
Prepare concise updates for senior management and committees.
Support prioritisation and steering discussions with stakeholders.
Help professionalise the value management approach and reporting.
