No Such Ventures (“NSV”) is a VC that invests tickets of €1-5m in European startups.

Responsibilities

• Managing financial accounting and (investor) reporting (for our own investment entities);
• Creating, managing, and optimizing our internal budget/ P&L (incl. expense mgmt.);
• Preparing and managing transactions and capital calls (supported by our fund admin provider);
• Managing our KYC, investor onboarding, and other compliance processes;
• Working together with our accounting/admin partner on reporting, taxation, and payroll;
• Preparing and filing reporting to regulators (DNB and AFM);
• Creating, registering, and managing new legal (investment) entities;
• Maintaining relations with external parties (investors, (fiscal) advisors, auditors, banks);
• Managing HR processes, contract creation, and maintenance;
• Supporting on internal operations and marketing if of interest.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of work experience and HBO or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in accounting, business, finance or economics);
• Knowledge of Dutch GAAP/IFRS;
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software;
• Fluency in Dutch and English;
• Experience in an investments‑related company (VC, PE, M&A, asset mgmt, brokerage) is a plus;
• Corporate legal and fiscal knowledge is a plus.
